ISO20000 Foundation Examination

ISO 20000 and its position in IT Service Management: 20%
ISO 20000-1:2005 Information Technology Service Management (Part 1) QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS: 35%
ISO 20000-2:2005 Information Technology Service Management (Part 2) CODE OF PRACTICE: 30%
The exam comprises questions from the areas described above. It consists of 40 multiple choice questions, each of which presents four potential answers. Only one answer is correct. The time limit is of one hour, and the pass mark is 26 correct answers (about 65%).
